Franktown Festival of LightsThe 2024 FrankTown Festival of Lights runs from November 22nd to December 31st at the Williamson County Ag Expo Center. Open nightly from 5 pm to 9 pm, this drive-thru holiday event features light displays synchronized to Christmas music you can enjoy from your car. Visitors can take photos at the giant Christmas tree and make s’mores at the fire pit. On special Walking Wednesdays, you can explore the route on foot. Proceeds support FrankTown Open Hearts, a nonprofit serving at-risk youth.
GraceWorks Turkey TrotThe Turkey Trot is a beloved Thanksgiving tradition benefiting GraceWorks, a nonprofit that provides support to families in need in Williamson County. On Thanksgiving Day, November 28th, at Meridian Cool Springs in Franklin, over 3,000 participants will gather to run or walk the 5K or 10K. The race is open to all ages, with a special Kids Turkey Chase for kids 9 and under. It’s a great way to kick off the holiday while helping those in need. Register as an individual or team to make a difference in your community. 
Made South Holiday MarketThe 2024 Made South Holiday Market will take place on November 22nd and 23rd at Liberty Hall inside The Factory at Franklin. This festive market features over 60 makers and artisans from across the South, offering unique, hand-crafted gifts.  Alongside shopping, enjoy chef tastings, cocktails,  and live music. Named “the best holiday market in the State of Tennessee” by Food & Wine Magazine, it’s the perfect way to kick off your holiday shopping and support small businesses. 
Celebrate the Holidays at The Franklin TheatreThe Franklin Theatre is getting into the holiday spirit with a lineup of festive movies and music to enjoy throughout the season. For music lovers, The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra kicks off the season on November 3rd, followed by Grammy winner Kathy Mattea’s A Winter Gathering on November 26th and 27th. Movie buffs can enjoy classic holiday films like National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation on November 4th and 24th and 25th, How The Grinch Stole Christmas on November 9th, and The Polar Express on November 16th. On November 24th, catch a screening of Miracle on 34th StreetThe Muppet Christmas Carol, or Elf.
