It’s officially springtime in Nashville. With the sunnier weather, outdoor events and the last few months of school, spring in the south is simply the best. It’s also dubbed “Home buying season” and for good reason!

With the excitement of nicer weather comes preparation for summer plans, camps and vacations. It also brings a rush of summer home purchases and closing before the start of a new school year.

According to research, spring is generally the best time of year to sell your home as many families need to be in their new home by the start of the school year, and house-hunting is easier when days are warmer and longer.

Please read on for important team news, events, homeowner seasonal tips to consider and lifestyle tips curated just for you!

(6.9%) and Cleveland, Ohio (6.5%).  Will these increases continue? If not, inflation could ease. Areas where rents soared were met with increased construction….and rents moderated and have even come down as markets rebalance their supply and demand.
