Williamson County Market Update

Changes in housing marketing are happening — here’s what you need to know.

Last month, local real estate markets showed mixed signals, with some buyers and sellers taking a wait-and-see approach, while others moved forward without second guessing.

In Williamson County, we saw:

14% decrease in new listings, indicating that many are holding off as we head into the holiday season.

11% drop in the number of properties going into escrow

383 homes sold last month.

Despite these shifts, the persistence of market activity remains strong. Opportunities are there and people are taking advantage of them.
