Hello November!

Dear friends, family, clients, and neighbors –

November brings about a season of joy, togetherness, gratitude, and reflection. It ushers in the excitement of the seasons changing, the holidays, and the upcoming year.

November is a time when families think about what’s to come in the new year, including potential changes such as relocating to be closer to loved ones or buying one’s dream home.

The Nashville market has been slowly cooling down over the months, however, with the election behind us, there are new opportunities for both buyers and sellers who are ready to make a move before the end of the year and early next year.

“With the election behind us and the Fed positioned to continue to reduce rates in the coming months, expect to see both buyers and sellers re-engage in the market,” said Kevin Wilson, Greater Nashville REALTORS® President.

With the year coming to a close, let us know if you’re considering finding a new place to call home!

Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can support you, friends, family, or colleagues. We would love to hear from you!

Williamson County Market Update

Changes in housing marketing are happening — here’s what you need to know.

In September 2024 we saw:

Decrease in properties sold (429 in August)

Increase in active listings (1,446 in August)

Median home sales price decreased by $20k ($890,000 in August)

What does this mean for you?

“With the election behind us and the Fed positioned to continue to reduce rates in the coming months, expect to see both buyers and sellers re-engage in the market,” said Kevin Wilson, Greater Nashville REALTORS® President.

As we continue to see an increase in inventory, the market continues to provide buyers with leverage. At the same time, it allows sellers to be confident in their investments, as median home sale prices continue to grow.
