In June we saw:

.7% increase in properties sold (423 in May)

4% increase in active listings (994 in May)

$80k: Median home sales price decreased by $80k ($1,050,000 in May)

3 days: homes spent 3 days less on the market in May. The average home sold in 22 days in June (25 in May)

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU:

For sellers: More homes are continuing to sell and are getting sold more quickly.
For buyers: More homes on the market to choose from and the median price of homes has gone down by $80k!
