As a team of women and mothers, it’s important for us to recognize and appreciate the greatest gift we have, our children. Everything we do is for our families and our children’s futures.
Becoming mothers have been the greatest joys of our lives. As Mother’s Day approaches, we wanted to take a moment and celebrate the amazing women in our lives. Without their love and support, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Williamson County Market Update
The Market Is Heating Up!
The most recent market update shows that in April, Williamson County saw an increase in the number of closed listings, active listings and home sales prices. As well as a decrease in the number of days a home sat on the market.
The April Market Update highlights:
– 8% increase in closed listings
– 10% increase in active listings
– Fewer days on the market
– Increase in median sales prices
What does this mean for those looking to buy or sell their home?
With increased inventory on the market, this allows for more opportunity for both buyers and sellers. Sellers can benefit from increased inventory and favorable terms, while buyers can continue to enjoy negotiation advantages.
