New Development Spotlight: Wyelea

Wyelea, the highly anticipated exclusive community offering 68 carefully crafted homesites nestled along the West Harpeth River in Franklin, has officially broken ground! This development will be unlike anything else Williamson County has to offer, and we got a sneak peek a little over a month ago!

The community focuses on conservation and preserving Middle Tennessee’s agrarian and equestrian heritage. Nearly half of its 600 acres will be preserved as open space, including 200 acres dedicated to the Land Trust for Tennessee. The remaining land will feature 68 large-acre homesteads, with homes designed to blend into the landscape. An exclusive European-style club will also be available for owners and select non-resident members!

Residents of Wyelea will enjoy world-class amenities, including state-of-the-art equestrian facilities, lawn and racquet sports, a European spa, farm-to-table dining, and seasonal culinary options. Planned offerings include community gardens, a family activity barn, nature trails, and river and lake recreational opportunities. At the heart of it all will be refined hospitality, featuring events like songwriters’ nights, culinary demonstrations, and curated wine tastings. The gated community will provide 24/7 security, with an in-house concierge team offering extensive resident services.

As of this week, buyers can now schedule showings.
