Big development in the works! Nolensville is getting a downtown! Nolensville Town Square, will be a 25-acre mixed-use development. It will be built in phases, starting in 2024. When fully built out, there will be 404 residential units, adding an estimated 1507 residents and 70,000 square feet of commercial space. The project completion timeline is 7-10 years.
