Meet Julianne

With a passion in real estate and in helping others, Julianne is a perfect blend of professional and fun. She and her family moved to Tennessee in 2001 and currently live just south of Nashville in Franklin. They, like many others, made the move to Middle Tennessee for its beautiful scenery and excellent schools. It was because of that move and a year long mission to find the perfect home that Julianne realized her true passion for real estate. Her experience building SIX personal custom homes, her love for design, eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and genuine passion for helping others makes working in real estate the perfect fit for Julianne.

As a Tennessee licensed Realtor® and member of NAR, Julianne has earned the following real estate designations: ABR, SRS, RENE and PSA. These designations give her the specialized knowledge that allow her to provide her expertise to clients who are both buying or selling real estate in the Nashville market.
